We stand behind our puppies and offer a guarantee of their health for up to one year. This guarantee is for genetic defects only. This does not constitute and guarantee as to size, color, disposition or any acquired health conditions. This guarantee is limited to a replacement dog only, Pure Caucasian Shepherds will not be liable for any transportation costs, veterinarian bills or any other expenses incurred for any reason. Any diagnosis of a health issue must be confirmed by Pure Caucasian Shepherd's local vet either in person or via remote consultation. Any necessary tests and lab work will be the sole responsibility of the dog owner. We require a $200 fee to provide this guarantee to cover the cost of the consultation by our veterinarian  also provide a lifetime of support to our puppy owners, including advice on training, nutrition, and any other questions you may haven

Our breeding program is carefully designed to produce healthy, happy puppies that meet the breed standard. We use only the best breeding dogs and follow strict guidelines to ensure the health and well-being of our dogs and puppies.

NO refunds shall be issued unless the cause for the refund is solely due to circumstances under the direct control and the fault of Pure Caucasian Shepherds. Any deposits for puppies for future litters are to be strictly considered a deposit for the next available puppy born at the Pure Caucasian Shepherds kennels and are not refundable unless Pure Caucasian Shepherds kennels no longer has a breeding program.  This includes any deposits, transportation costs and any dogs that are paid in full. In the event of a refund Pure Caucasian Shepherds shall make the refund within 90 days upon aggreeance by both parties. Any disputes of any polies or actions are to be resolved by an entity located in Rowan County N.C., first by mediation and then by whatever legal cause is legally appropriate.
